Book an Initial Visit

Head to our Shop tab to book an initial visit with your coach. Upon purchase, you will be asked to sign our liability waiver and complete a 5-10 minute intake questionnaire.


Meet with your coach

At a date and time that is convenient for you, you and your coach will meet to discuss the finer details of your program. Here, you will also plan a date for your “Mid-Way Meetup”, and program wrap-up visit.


Wait for the magic to happen.

Following your Initial Visit, allow for up to three business days for your coach to complete and send your program and any other relevant resources via email.


Start training - and hit your goals!

That’s it! Start training the day after you receive your program. Meet with your coach at the half-way and final checkpoints. Reap the benefits!
