Individual Programs
Individual programs are best suited for the busy individual looking for guidance in the gym, but do not necessarily require the assistance from a trainer (either by time or financial constraints).
We have programmed many clients from a variety of backgrounds and with numerous goals in mind.
Group Programs
Group programs are best suited for teams or groups with similar training goals and gym experience levels. This can look like traditionally organized teams or like a group of friends training for the same event.
Competitively priced at a rate meant to be split amongst a group, get a couple friends together and get after it!

This is the beauty of Vector. We are not a one-size-fits-all program, and we cannot be lumped into one specific camp. Most programs include some form of resistance training, conditioning, and mobility work, however it is truly customized to the individual.
